Home/auto policies mis-managed for years...even though agents were advised of changes and correct rating information, corrections were never made and over-payment of premiums went on for a number of years! When this was brought to management's attention, their response was " moving forward we'll try to make sure things are done correctly". No offer to reimburse overpayments or even an apology! 4 different agents over an 8 year period should have been a warning I guess! A company that cannot retain experienced staff isn't going to be really interested in retaining clients or providing stellar customer service! Avoid this place at all costs!
