Horrible service. Bought 2 trailers from Leisure time over the years. Been waiting years to get things serviced on our current trailer. End of last few seasons of camping, we were told repair tech will come in to fix problems. Never happened until this year as we are currently having to remind them to do the work as our warranty is running out. We have been waiting a month for a part that was never ordered...they forgot. Little warranty things we had done in the past turned into further repairs ie.. Technician, while fixing countertop, burned hole in our floor. Repairing water heater, left floor vents raised to which we could have been injured. Will never ever purchase another trailer from them!
I have been waiting since July18 to have a rather simple repair conducted on our RV. I scheduled an appointment for July 18/2017 dropped the unit off the day previous. Was never called with an update and had to reach out to the dealer several times to find out a week later they had not done anything but analyze the trouble.I retrieved the RV so we could use it for a family outing and we spoke directly with the Fixed Asset Manager, who promised he would investigate our issue and call us with a planned resolution and timeline to conduct the repair. That was 5 days ago still no contact from him and calls to him go unreturned. Finally called back and spoke with service dept to find out parts had arrived but they were waiting for us to call them back. Original call to book repair made July 11. appointment for repair July18 actually repaired Aug 4, 2 hours labour.The repair was finally conducted and they did deduct an amount from the bill to offset the level service and inconvenience. I am amazed to see that until mine all the reviews are positive since ours has been so negative up to this juncture. I would have difficulty recommending this service provider for repair, perhaps their focus is on sales and not service .** Final Update...resolution was delivered, this interaction lacked timely communication and after several commitments made and missed by the dealer all contact between us, except billing, was made by me. I still think my review is a fair representation of their commitment to providing post sales support. The offer of contact by the general manager was not made on the review until after the issue was resolved.
Bought a trailer last year and have nothing but fabulous service. Any problems were fixed right away with no complaints. I would definitely buy from them again.
